Production process
　The production process of Huadeli production line include seven systems that is : batch system;melting system ;fiberizing system;product processing system.The batched material is after mixing put into the furnace ,the melted glass pass through the forehearth,then come out and meet the hot blast coming out from the bushing ,feed the spinner ,from the holes of spinner thousands of primary fibers go out and meet the hot blast coming out of anular burner .The temperature and the pressure of blast attenate them to fine fiber .The fiber being sprayed by binder falls down on the collection conveyor with many holes ,under the conveyor ,there is negative pressure assured by two suction fans .The falled down fiber weted with binder form a met and feed into the curing oven .The resign is harden by hot air .The original products formed,then they are cut to be all kinds of boards and felts.The glasswool felt come to the rollup machine to be packed. The glasswool boards come out to be packed with bags, if you need pipe or other shaped products ,you could take out the white wool directly before the curning oven ,then put them to pipe making;curing;taking out the core ;cutting edge ;cutting seam;facing;packing.
